1. Stop server
2. Open the steam workshop on the main control panel
3. Search for the name of the mod you want to install
4. Click install and it will auto-install the mod and add the mod id to the text editor of the modlist file.
5. If a mod needs to be updated you can update via the steam workshop updates button, or you can create a mod update task under scheduled tasks at the top of the control panel.
   
   Always install / uninstall the mods in the order  you want to load them, if you re-arrange the order manually on modlist.txt file, the mod order will reset back to default when you update the mods.
