Stop your server.

Click on configuration files.

Now click on either file.

Make sure to click on text editor.

Game.ini is for In-game settings like tame rates etc.

GameUserSettings.ini is for Server Name and such.

After adjsuting the settings you want to change, click save and close.

Restart your server.
